Where do I check out?

You must click the "Checkout" button to check out. The button can be found in three places: at the bottom of your Shopping Cart pop-up window, in the red column at the left of the page, and to the right of each item (below the "Add to Cart" button). This will take you to our secure checkout server.

How do I put a new item in my shopping cart?

First, choose which item to buy. Some items have more than one option available, such as coffees which are available either ground or whole bean. Make sure the correct option is selected by checking the circle to the left of the desired option. If you just want one of the item, then click "Add to Cart" to the right of the product's description. If you want buy more than one, then first enter the desired quantity into the Quantity box, and then click the "Add to Cart" button.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

First, open your Shopping Cart by clicking any of the "View Cart" buttons on the right side of the page, or by clicking "View Cart Detail" in the red column on the left of the page. Then, simply click "Remove Item" next to the item you want to remove.

How do I order more than one of an item?

Simply enter the desired quantity into the Quantity box before clicking "Add to Cart".

I accidentally put too many in my cart. How do I reduce the quantity of an item?

You should remove the item from your cart and then re-add it, entering the correct quantity into the Quantity box before clicking "Add to Cart".

I don't know which coffee to buy! Help!

There's so many different kinds of coffee, it can seem a bit daunting! If you're really lost, please call us at (781)391-1994 and we will help you decide. Or, you could try one of the Sampler Boxes in the "Samplers and Kits" section of the website and try several types at once.

Do you ship to any country other than the USA or Canada?

No, we cannot ship to any country except the Canada.

How soon will I get my order?

Orders received before noon on a business day are shipped that same day; other orders are shipped the following business day. We ship orders to customers via Canada Post, which has a 1-3 day service standard. Most provinces can expect to receive their order within 2 days of its being shipped, with the exception of the NWT, Yukon and Nunavut, which can take days. We ship from Toronto to speed delivery time. Canadian orders, however, vary widely in the amount of time it will take to ship the order due to varying degrees of difficulty getting it there. Canadian orders ship from Montreal.

I need this right away! Do you ship express?

We don't have an express shipping option on our site, but for special occasions that require next-day shipping or other exceptional considerations, you can call us at 416-340-7555 to discuss what we can do for you.

I haven't received my order OR my order was not correct. What do I do?

We're very sorry that your order is not perfect! Please call us at 416-340-7555 or email us at orders@handocoffee.com, and let us make it up to you. We will not rest until you are completely satisfied!

I hate paying for shipping! Why is it so expensive? How can I save money on shipping?

Shipping prices just keep rising due to increasing oil prices, but we're doing our best to lessen the impact for you by introducing many free shipping and discount shipping offers. Please visit our Free Shipping Specials page for savings on all kinds of products including clearance sales and accessories, or visit the G7 Instant White Coffee page for savings on shipping some of the G7 boxes that can be costly to ship unless they are of the right quantity to fill the economical Flat Rate boxes efficiently.
