The world-famous coffee from Trung Nguyen is similar in taste to Kopi Luwak, or civet coffee, the world's most expensive coffee. Characteristics of the Legendee include an incredible natural sweetness -- many customers who regularly sweeten their coffee like this coffee unsweetened -- and a smooth profile that is followed by an exceptional persistance on the palate.

Passiona - Naturally Low-Caffeine

Naturally low-caffeine selection of Arabica and Chari (not de-caf). Caffein content is similar to black tea, but with far superior flavor to any decaf. Smooth, rich, low in acid but still brightly flavorful, Passiona is a favorite with our taste-testers and local customers. This is possibly the only natural (no decaffeination process) low-caffeine coffee in the world today, and it helps you reduce caffeine while enjoying a truly gourmet taste.

Trung Nguyen is not currently producing their fine Espresso, so we have searched throughout Vietnam to find the highest-quality, most pleasing Vietnamese espresso to keep our espresso-lovers satisfied. Indochine Estates produces some of Vietnam's finest, low-volume, heirloom estate-grown coffee, and their Seattle Roast Espresso is on par with Trung Nguyen's best: It is rich and strong, with the lingering aroma and full body of heritage Bourbon Arabica, and no excessive bitterness. Genuine Vietnamese Sweetened Condensed Milk, Longevity Brand

You might be familiar with Canadian sweetened condensed milk, used to make caramel or pumpkin pies, but Vietnamese sweetened condensed milk is a little different. It is made with more milk added for extra creaminess, and as a result, lightens coffee much better than Carnation or other brands available in Canada.
